Breakfast: a good start to the day tastes of well-made things

Start your holiday with a bite to eat. This is a place where breakfast is a little ritual to be savoured at a leisurely pace, with the scent of a freshly baked cake, the gentle sound of the waves lapping beneath the terrace, and the aroma of coffee already in the air, to be sipped whilst gazing out over the Adriatic.

Romagna is known for its great food, something we take pride in every day. Hearing guests say, “We keep coming back to Hotel Sayonara because the food here tastes just like home—actually, even better,” warms our hearts. We love welcoming guests in a way that stirs memories. The comfort of table service. And then three first and three main courses to choose from—always different, always fresh—with options for those who love meat, seafood, or prefer vegetarian dishes.
Next to it, you’ll find a selection of side dishes, raw vegetables, homemade desserts, and fruit. We have a special menu for children, and adults can raise a glass with a selection of local wines from Tenuta del Monsignore, wines that tell the story of the region, one bottle at a time. We love cooking this way, paying attention to even the smallest details.

The Family Room: for families who want more
Not all family hotels are the same. For example, we’ve chosen to do things differently. We’ve said no to the hustle and bustle and the rush to the buffet, allowing guests to relax together over a meal whilst the children play.
The family room is a welcoming space with just the right amount of room, flexible hours, and a safe, visible play area, so you can keep an eye on the children while enjoying your meal. There’s a table where everyone can eat, get up, and come back, with hot food arriving and everything flowing just as it should.
